These General Service Terms govern the use of the services provided by EVOLVING TOGETHER.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of the Services

EVOLVING TOGETHER offers consulting, wellbeing and happiness strategy development, audits, workshops, and related professional services as described on the website or agreed individually.

All services are provided with professionalism, care, and according to the scope agreed with each client.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be legally able to enter into binding agreements and agree to provide accurate information as required for service delivery.

3. Service Agreements & Proposals

Before starting any project or consulting engagement, clients receive a clear description of:

• Scope of work

• Timelines

• Deliverables

• Investment / pricing

• Responsibilities of each party

Services begin only after explicit written agreement and/or payment.

4. Provider Responsibility

EVOLVING TOGETHER commits to:

• Deliver services with professionalism, quality, and confidentiality

• Apply evidence-based tools, systemic approaches, and recognised methodologies

• Communicate clearly and support the process within the agreed timeframe

5. Payments

• Payments must be completed before the service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Refunds are issued only in cases required by law or explicitly stated on the purchase page.

• For custom consulting, strategy programs, or audits, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun or any signed contract.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must inform us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule individual sessions.

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Long-term consulting engagements follow the cancellation terms outlined in the proposal.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients acknowledge that:

• Transformation depends on participation and implementation

• No specific outcomes can be guaranteed

• Our services do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic support

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all shared information, strategies, and personal data.

We do not disclose client data unless legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, tools, processes, and documents created by EVOLVING TOGETHER are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

EVOLVING TOGETHER is not liable for decisions, business outcomes, or results derived from the implementation of consulting or strategy recommendations.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of France and applicable EU regulations.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these General Service Terms when necessary.

Any changes will be published with an updated effective date.
